Through asking incisive, insight-driven questions, I help assess readiness, resilience, and alignment, reducing the risk of candidate mismatch, program attrition, or failure to complete the coursework. This rigorous approach supports higher graduation rates and ensures participants are able to fully benefit from the program’s extensive resources.
