Since a little girl, I have been observing people because I loved to sketch. Observing their features, gestures, and behaviors have taught me to understand emotions, personalities, and situations, which has always fascinated me.
I feel fortunate to have expanded my creativity into more challenging roles. Breaking the limits of a designer to be a creative director, sweeps video producer, creative producer, writer, and now personal development, business innovation, leadership, and executive advisor.
Being observant also made me more capable of reading and understanding people. I love that I have come to understand the layers of people. And as an entrepreneur, and podcast host, having built so many relationships, I can now bring it all together.
I bring my creativity with business strategy to give a place for people to share their stories. Most importantly, with a real value that they deserve. Not because of their success, but based on their journeys, families, struggles, challenges, and most importantly, their uniqueness. I produce stories of people with the same passion as when I was young, sketching and captivating the essence of people.

I have over 20 years of experience as a creative director, producer, business innovation, leading global brands such Netflix, Telemundo, and working with people worldwide as a business advisor, leader, and coach. I combine it all to create compelling stories to support people's passion.

I am a producer and founder of Speeches. A speaking channel where people get to give a compelling speech that supports their brand name and helps them reach the audience. As a producer, I work with them to write an inspiring speech, coach them on performing in front of the camera, creating an image, looking for speaking opportunities, and creating a speaking portfolio.
